During my post-doctoral fellowship at CERN, I had the privilege of working on the Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS) experiment. The CMS is one of the largest and most complex scientific instruments ever built, and it has been used to make some of the most important discoveries in particle physics in recent years, including the Higgs boson.
My research focused on the search for new physics beyond the Standard Model, using data from the CMS experiment. I developed new techniques for identifying and reconstructing exotic particles, and I helped to set limits on the masses of these particles.
