Can you describe any experience you have with operating telescopes for stellar population studies?
In my previous role, I was responsible for operating a variety of telescopes for stellar population studies. This included:
- The 1-meter telescope at the University of Arizona’s Mt. Lemmon Observatory, which I used to obtain high-resolution images of nearby galaxies.
- The 2.5-meter telescope at the Apache Point Observatory, which I used to conduct spectroscopic surveys of globular clusters.
- The 4-meter telescope at the Kitt Peak National Observatory, which I used to obtain deep imaging of distant galaxies.
I have also experience with the following telescopes:
- The Hubble Space Telescope, which I used to obtain deep imaging of the universe.
